Production Process
Fin Production → Ultrasonic wave wash → Core assembling → Core brazing → Withhold the Water tank
→Spare parts machining → Leakage&pressure → Packaging
All the products are tested in house which is stricter than industry standard.Every processing step
will have the QC to check if the item reach the standard or not. We have certifications for ISO900,
TS16949.When the radiator was finished,we will test it by Precision Leak Equipment.
